Austin Campus Book Return Policy

• You must have your receipt and drop slip in order to receive the maximum refund. 
• Do not take shrinkwrap off or write in your books before you have been to class and are positive that you will stay in the course.  A marked or damaged book is a used book and will be refunded at a used price.
• Books purchased in shrink-wrap must be returned in wrap for 100% refund.
• If purchase was made by cash or check, refund will be in cash (check must have cleared at the bank).  Books charged against credit/debit cards will be credited to the card.  Returns against financial aid charges will be credited back to your financial aid.
• Book Refunds - including classes that have been canceled - will be given as follows: 

                     First 5 days of the semester...............100%

                     First 2 night classes of the semester......100%

                    Thereafter, buyback at the end of the semester

• No book refunds will be given after these dates until buyback.
